A Wales & Edwards Rangemaster Milk float from the British company Dairy Crest , still with the design of the previous owner company Unigate.

Wales & Edwards was a British manufacturer of milk floats , literally "milk floats ", electric delivery vehicles for fresh milk . The company was known for its three-wheelers. It was one of the oldest milk float manufacturers, producing from the 1940s to the early 1990s. Customers included United Dairies , which later traded as Unigate , and Express Dairies in the early years . The most common model is the Rangemaster .
