Wallmann's insurance magazine was a German trade magazine published by Wallmann's Verlag in Berlin .

Wallmann's insurance magazine was one of the first specialist magazines for insurance. The Rundschau der Insured , founded in 1850 and published by Ernst Albert Masius, is considered the first German trade journal in this branch . Friedrich Wallmann founded the magazine for law, constitution and administration of the insurance companies in Berlin in 1867, which he later renamed the Prussian insurance magazine and finally Wallmann's insurance magazine . It dealt with questions from the German insurance industry , industry news, personal details and reports on company mergers . It appeared under this name from 1867 to 1921. After that, the magazine was absorbed by the insurance company and later by the insurance field service , the official organ of the Association of German General Agents.
