Walter Prudencio Magne Veliz

Walter Prudencio Magne Veliz (* 1960 in Oruro ) was Bolivia's ambassador to Germany . He was also the first indigenous ambassador to Bolivia. The studied ethnologist and media scientist campaigns for the indigenous population and coca cultivation .
