The coat of arms of the municipality of Pang was the official emblem of Pang (district of Rosenheim) from 1952 until the municipality was dissolved on May 1, 1978 . The coat of arms shows in a red shield a sloping crenellated wall over a green wasen .

history

The coat of arms goes back to the family coat of arms of the noble family of the Panger , who were connected with the place from around 1135 to around 1400. Heinricus de Paeng had it in the seal from 1288. In addition, the Wasen was reproduced as a piece of lawn.

The approval of the use of the coat of arms was given by a resolution of the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior of August 19, 1952.
