Waiting community

The (socialist) waiting community is a humorous or ironic paraphrase for the queues of people in front of shops or other sales outlets that occur again and again due to the shortage economy in the GDR or in other countries of the Eastern Bloc and was an ironic paraphrase of the "socialist human community conjured up in the GDR ".
