Wat Thai Buddha Apa
Wat Thai Buddha Apa is a monastery ( Wat , Thai : วัด ) of the early Buddhist Theravada tradition in the Ludwigshafen district of Mundenheim .
The Buddhist temple was founded in 2007 and is run by the Thai cultural association Wat Thai Buddha Apa e. V. supervised.
Wat Thai Buddha Apa is one of the few Buddhist monasteries in Germany that is run by Thai immigrants. The community has about 500 members. The catchment area is the entire south-west of Germany.
