White Paper on European Governance
The White Paper "European Governance" ( English "White Paper on governance" ) is a book published on 25 July 2001 White Paper with the aim of improving democratization of the European Union . It is based primarily on four measures: greater citizen involvement, more efficient policy and legislation, engagement in the debate on global governance and reorientation of policy and institutions towards clear goals.
