World Program of Action for Youth

The World Program of Action for Youth ( English World Program of Action for Youth , WPAY ) is a program the United Nations , which in 1996 under the title "World Program of Action for Youth to the Year 2000 and Beyond" ( "World Program of Action for Youth to the Year 2000 and Beyond ” ) was launched by the General Assembly of the United Nations . It is concerned with improving the situation of young people. As part of this project, the World Youth Reports 2003 and 2005 were prepared by the Secretary General of the United Nations .

In addition, the United Nations dealt with the participation of young people in a special children's rights convention , within the framework of UNESCO and other programs.

The EU Commission has created its own white paper “A new impetus for youth policy in Europe”.
