Werrason , (born December 25, 1965 in Moliombo , Democratic Republic of the Congo , Kwilu Province ; real name Noël Ngiama Makanda ) is a musician and band leader of the Wenge Maison Mere (WMM). It is a representative of the fast soukous variant N'dombolo. Many musicians have played in his group, including Ferre Gola, Heritier Watanabe, Bill Cliton Kalonji. Werrason is one of the most famous musicians in Africa. He is committed to street children or "Shegue".
