West Sauerland Oberland

With West Auer countries Oberland one is natural spatial About main unit (code 336) of the main unit group Süderbergland designated (33). It combines the main units of the South Sauerland Bergland (336 2 ) and the Märkisches Oberland (336 1 ).

The combination of the two main units is basically only due to the problem that the decadal system only allows 10 three-digit codes, but the Süderbergland has 12 main units; In terms of their character, both main units are independent.
