Will Hayes (cellist)
Will Hayes is an American cellist .
Hayes had his first cello lessons with Eleanor Sandblade , Arlene Conn and Lou Richardson . He studied at the Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music with Zara Nelsova , Yehuda Hanani , Sara Sant'Ambrogio and Richard Aaron and is a certified teacher of string instruments according to the Suzuki method . He played the cello in various symphony orchestras in the USA and had concert appearances with Rod Stewart , Johnny Matthis , Eileen Ivers and the vocal quartet Il Divo, among others . In 2019 he performed Bach's cantata Amore Traditore with the Capitol Chamber Artists at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Albany / New York .
