Effect logic

Effect logics have been used in the areas of project planning , monitoring and evaluation since the 1970s .

Impact logics put the planned impact goals (outcomes) in a systematic relationship to the resources used (inputs) and the services provided (outputs). This allows the functioning of a project to be clearly illustrated. There are different terms for effect logics. They differ in terms of methods, means and forms of representation. The logical model and the theory of change are particularly well known .
