Research assistant (BGH)

Research assistant (colloquially Hiwi ; the term " Hiwi " is controversial due to its etymology ) is a research assistant ( research assistant ) at the Federal Court of Justice . The legislature designates this group of people as research assistants , Section 193 (1) of the Courts Constitution Act .

tasks

Scientific assistants are usually judges or public prosecutors who, with their consent , are seconded for a certain period of usually 3 years . The job of the student assistants is to prepare the subject matter of the case for the federal judges in selected cases, to procure material on jurisprudence and literature and to submit a draft decision - referred to as a preliminary vote.
