activities

The WCF participates in the legislative process (including in the European Parliament in Strasbourg ) for the development of animal welfare laws in working groups and parliamentary hearings.

The WCF enables the breeders of its affiliated associations to have their kennel names registered internationally so that these names are protected within the sphere of influence of the WCF. The WCF creates standards for pedigree cats, of which it has currently published 103. The WCF trains judges for exhibitions, enables their training and organizes their exams. The WCF has established rules for the exhibitions, which determine both the course of an exhibition and the division of the participating cats into individual classes.
