Xrms is a customer management or customer relationship management system for Business2Business with a focus on marketing, sales and service. Xrms is a web-based multiuser CRM. The system is installed on a web server in the intranet or internet and can then be accessed from any computer via the web browser. No additional software needs to be installed on the client computers. As an alternative to your own CRM installation, Xrms is also offered as pre-installed and fully configured CRM hosting or "CRM as a Service".

Xrms CRM is freely available as free software and can be used without paying license fees.

Structure of Xrms

At Xrms, the focus is on the customer's company. Any departments, addresses, contact persons, sales potentials / opportunities, cases, notes and files can be assigned to this company as CRM objects. Customer-related activities such as B. phone calls, e-mails, meetings etc. can in turn be assigned to each CRM object. This results in a comprehensive customer history with consistent use.
