Yehuda Afek

Yehuda Afek (* 1952 ) is the co-founder and chief technologist of Riverhead Networks in the USA. He is an expert in network security.

Afek was born in Israel to Mirjam and Menachem Pinkhof , who belonged to the Dutch resistance movement during World War II and who emigrated to Israel after the war. Afek lives in the USA and is Professor of Computer Science at Tel Aviv University . Before that he worked for the American telephone company AT&T .

Afek received his PhD in Computer Science from the University of California , Los Angeles in 1985 .
