Yushipi

The Imperial Food List ( Chinese玉食 批Yushipi ) is an anonymous text consisting of only approx. 550 characters in one volume ( juan ) from the time of the Southern Song Dynasty .

It contains a list of dishes of the imperial court on the extravagant dishes and drinks of the emperor, the crown prince and the high officials are listed. At the same time, they are briefly explained, albeit in insufficient form.

There is an early print in the old book series called Shuofu (说 郛).
