Company of the Zander Group

Eating pikeperch

It was founded in 1879 by Julius W. Zander. Zander Essen is represented with its branches in Lievertz, Oswald Kölling, Panno, Schröer and Sievert in the Rhine / Ruhr, Bonn-Rhine / Sieg, East Westphalia and Osnabrück regions.

Hermann Albert Bumke

The Bumke company was founded in 1909 by Hermann Albert Bumke and Wilhelm Meier as a wholesaler for electronic items. The commercial buildings in Hanover and Magdeburg were destroyed by air raids in July and October 1943. After the war, the reconstruction of Engelbosteler Damm in the northern part of Hanover took place. In the following years, further branches followed. In 1997, Zander Essen acquired shares in the company. The company has been part of the Zander Group since 2003 and is active in the regions around Hanover.

Fisherman pikeperch

The Fischer-Zander company was founded in 1935 as the Ernst Fischer company with headquarters in Heilbronn. This was followed in 1959 by the takeover of Friedrich Schöppler electrical wholesaling, the establishment of a branch in Heidenheim in 1963 and ten years later the move from Heidenheim to Neckarsulm. Ernst Fischer GmbH & Co. has been part of the Zander Group since 1989. In the following years, other companies in Neu-Ulm (1990), Pforzheim (1992), Esslingen (1995) and Nuremberg (2009) were taken over. In 2011 the new company building and the associated central warehouse with an automatic high-bay warehouse in Erlenbach were completed. The company is active in the regions around Stuttgart, Neckar-Alb, Donau-Iller and East-Württemberg.

Zander Freiburg

The company was founded on April 12, 1923 in Freiburg as a subsidiary of JW Zander Co. Stuttgart. In November 1944 the business and storage rooms were destroyed by an air raid. In 1982 the headquarters in Stuttgart was closed and relocated to Freiburg. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on May 21, 1984 at Einsteinstrasse 5 - the company's current location. A year later, the move to the new building followed. In 2001 the Albert Schaller company in Kempten and the pick-up branch in Lindau were taken over. In 2014, August Kaiser took over in Wehr. Paperless picking was introduced in 2015 and the “Light Culture” light exhibition opened a year later.

Cl. Miner

The company founded by Clemens Bergmann in 1918 is a wholesale company based in Kassel and the surrounding area. In 1996 he joined the Zander Group.
