The Kleinglück colliery was a coal mine in Sprockhövel , it was located in the district of Niedersprockhövel . The mine was only in operation for a few years.
Mining history
On February 4, 1837, a length field was awarded which was very small. Experimental work was carried out from October 1838. From the end of January of the following year, the mine was put in deadlines . In October 1840 the mine was put back into operation. In that year 538 Prussian tons of hard coal were mined. In 1841, Prussian tons of hard coal were mined in 2023. From May 1842, the Kleinglück colliery was again put into deadlines. There is no evidence of whether the mine was ever put back into operation or when it was shut down.
