Time compensation

As time compensation is one between employees and licensors referred agreed settlement to the compensation for overtime , late or night shifts not in cash but in time to make.

Whether the hours worked during night shifts , apart from the statutory or collectively agreed monetary allowances, are also compensated for, depends on the country , social or economic custom , or the respective company agreement . The real time credit ratio for night work that is used is between 1: 1 and around 2: 1.

In some cases, time compensation also refers to amicable arrangements with which working times of different lengths are compensated for between different days - for example as a result of longer periods of use or on-call or night shifts.
