Time-autonomous working group

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The time-autonomous working group is a working time model . This model can be seen as a continuation of job sharing. The employees in a working group jointly determine the extent of their working hours and duration. Only a few operational specifications, such as presence or response times, have to be taken into account. In addition to these few key data, the employer also specifies the goals to be met by the working group.

In order to implement this model, a high level of personal responsibility on the part of the employees is required. As with job sharing, there must be a good working atmosphere within the group.

This close cooperation can strengthen trust in the organization and the employees can have more influence on the design of the work .

In the start-up phase, there is increased coordination and organizational effort for superiors. The possible isolation of the groups within the company can also be viewed as problematic.
