The Central Waste Coordination Office ( ZKS-Abfall ) is an institution of the German federal states for the technical implementation of the electronic waste record procedure .

The ZKS-Abfall enables those involved in the electronic waste record procedure to exchange data with one another. As a rule, the waste producer, one or more transporters, the disposal company and the responsible authority are involved in waste disposal. It is expected that around 150,000 disposal certificates, around 3 million accompanying notes and 14 million acceptance notes will be processed and sent every year. The ZKS-Abfall consists of the web portal, the country eANV and the virtual post office.

In the public area of ​​the web portal, information on handling the electronic waste record procedure and legal information can be found. Registration for the procedure takes place in the non-public area of ​​the portal.

Country eANV

All forms required under waste law can be filled out and sent via the Länder-eANV. The Länder-eANV is suitable for participants with a small number of transport and disposal processes.

Virtual post office

The virtual post office (VPS) receives, distributes and sends messages between those involved.
