Zhangqiu ( Chinese  章丘 市 , Pinyin Zhāngqiū Shì ) is a city in the Chinese province of Shandong . It is an independent city in the administrative area of ​​the sub-provincial city of Jinan . Its area is 1,855 km² and the population is 990,000.

The listed archaeological sites of Xihe , Xiaojingshan , Chengziya and Dongpingling are on their territory.
