Shingle fall failure

The Zinnenfeh is a special form of furry Feh in heraldry . It's a tincture .

A figure formed from the herald's image pinnacle is depicted in the coat of arms or field . In the basic form, the pinnacle is lined up and the tincture is the same in each row and a maximum of two tinctures are used in alternating rows. The tinctures blue and white are primarily used, as they are understood as a variety of the Eisenhütlein. With the fallen battlements the direction of the colored battlements is directed towards the base of the shield .

In addition to the normal shape, the shape of the pinnacle can also determine the image as a wide or flat pinnacle.

The Schingelfeh differs from the Zinnenfeh by a slimmer shape, i.e. a higher number of battlements ( shingles ) per row and a greater height of the battlements (shingles). The color also determines whether it is a fallen shape.
