A Zuckerreinkerl (or Zuckerreinkale ) is a Carinthian specialty. "Reinkerl" means "little Reindling". It is a fist-sized, sweet pastry made from yeast dough . Inside and around it is caramelized brown sugar mixed with cinnamon and cocoa.
