The Accessibility Ordinance (ordinance on the barrier-free accessibility of documents for blind and visually impaired persons in court proceedings, abbreviated ZMV) regulates the requirements and the procedure in Germany to make documents accessible to blind and visually impaired persons (authorized persons) in a court proceeding in a form they can perceive close.

The right to access and the basis of the ordinance result from § 191a GVG .

Documents that an authorized person deliver are or informally to announce this in writing at the request of their choice (in Braille or large print), electronically (by sending a protected against unauthorized access electronic document), acoustic, orally, by telephone or otherwise in an appropriate manner.
