The delivery form Regulation (ZustVV) was on 12 February 2002 by the Federal Ministry of Justice because of the then applicable § 24a of the Act Introducing the Code of Civil Procedure (EGZPO) adopted ( I, p. 671 , over p. 1019 ). The basis for authorization is now in Section 190 ZPO .

It specifies the forms to be used nationwide for the certification of a delivery .
