Interim judgment
An interim judgment is a judgment in a civil process on preliminary procedural issues and not the actual subject of the dispute . In Switzerland it is also referred to as a preliminary decision, adjudication or notification.
In Germany the interim judgment is regulated in § 303 ZPO .
