Final judgment

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

According to § 300 of the German Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO), a final judgment is a judgment that is issued when it is ready for a decision, decides on the entire process and ends the respective instance ("final decision") . "Final judgments", and therefore enforceable, are also the partial judgment ( § 301 ZPO), the default judgment ( § 331 ZPO), the acknowledgment judgment ( § 307 ZPO) and the reservation judgment ( § 302 ZPO). The interim judgment ( § 303 ZPO) and the basic judgment ( § 304 ZPO) are not final judgments .
