Ali Kaya (birth name Stanley Kiprotich Mukche; born April 20, 1994 ) is a Turkish long-distance runner of Kenyan origin.

In 2013 he won the European Junior Championships in Rieti over 5000 m and 10,000 m . At the European Cross Country Championships in Belgrade , he won the junior race.

The following year he was eliminated from the 2014 World Indoor Championships in Sopot over 3000 m in the lead. At the European Championships in Zurich he won bronze in the 10,000 m and was ninth in the 5000 m, and at the Athletics Continental Cup in Marrakech he was fifth in the 5000 m. At the end of the season he won silver in the individual and gold in the team classification at the European Cross Country Championships in Samokow .

In 2015 he finished fourth in the Adana Half Marathon and triumphed over 3000 m at the European Indoor Championships in Prague . At the U23 European Championships in Tallinn he managed a double victory over 5000 m and 10,000 m, and at the World Championships in Beijing he came ninth over 5000 m and seventh over 10,000 m . He won the gold medal at the 2015 European Cross Country Championships . At the European Championships in Amsterdam in 2016 , he won the silver medal over 10,000 m. He started the 5000 and 10,000 m at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, but could not qualify for the final at any of the distances.

At the European Indoor Championships 2017 in Belgrade he finished ninth over 3000 m.
