Andrea Martina Geissbühler (born August 3, 1976 in Bern , resident in Lauperswil ) is a Swiss politician ( SVP ).

Life

She has been in the National Council for the Canton of Bern since the elections on October 21, 2007 . There she belongs to the Security Policy Commission (SiK) and the Business Audit Commission (GPK).

In 2009, Geissbühler submitted a parliamentary initiative calling for the principle of guilt to be abolished in criminal law . She is a member of the 2013 founded at the initiative of beverage manufacturers lobby group for sweet drinks IG soft drinks .

The police officer, kindergarten teacher and riding teacher has been married since 2012 and lives in Herrenschwanden .
