Andrea Sawatzki (born February 23, 1963 in Schlehdorf ) is a German actress , audio book speaker and author .

Life

Origin, education and theater

Andrea Sawatzki was born as the daughter of a nurse and a journalist in Schlehdorf , Bavaria , and grew up in Vaihingen an der Enz . After graduating from high school, she began studying at the New Munich Drama School , which she graduated in 1987. In addition, she completed an internship at the Münchner Kammerspiele . Sawatzki played from 1988 to 1992 at theaters in Stuttgart , Wilhelmshaven and Munich .

Beginnings and 1990s

Andrea Sawatzki took on her first film role in 1988 at the age of 25 under the direction of Dieter Dorn in Faust - From Heaven through the World to Hell . This was followed in the 1990s by episode roles in TV series such as Florian (1990), Der Fahnder (1993), Wolffs Revier (1994) and Adelheid and their murderers (1996). She had a continuous series role in 1993 as Luise Gehbauer in the ARD television series Aufachse . From 1995 to 1998 she was Sonja Hersfeld in the TV series AS .

From 2010 to 2014 Andrea Sawatzki played the housewife Isabella "Bella" Jung in the six-part ZDF film series Bella . Andrea Sawatzki's first novel, An all too braves girl , was published on March 12, 2013 . There is also an audio book recorded by Sawatzki himself (at Audiobook Hamburg ) and an e-book version. In October of the same year, her second novel, Deep Breath, The Family Comes , was published, which was filmed in 2015 and is the first about the fictional Bundschuh family. In 2014 the second Bundschuh novel was published. There was never any talk of recovery . With her fourth novel The View of Stranger Eyes (2015), she published her second detective novel, which is without the Sawatzkis Bundschuh family. Andrea Sawatzki has lived with her colleague Christian Berkel (* 1957) since 1997 , they married in December 2011. The couple have two sons (* 1999 and * 2002) and live in Berlin-Schlachtensee .
