Centenary Prize of the Royal Society of Chemistry

The Royal Society of Chemistry's Centenary Prize is awarded by the Royal Society of Chemistry to foreign chemists who are invited to speak in the UK .

Up to three prizes are awarded annually. The prize is endowed with £ 5,000. The winners then give lectures in Great Britain on lecture tours. You must be from outside the UK and Ireland . In addition to academic performance, the award winners should have good speaking skills.

The award was established in 1947 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Chemical Society (founded in 1841), which later merged with the RSC.
