content

"How I see you is incomprehensible to you,
come I'll show you:

I'll rain confetti for you.
I pour it to you,
call your name from all boxes,
you are the best person.

I roll out the red carpet,
through the city to your house,
you are the thing for me;
and the choirs sing for you. "

- Refrain, original excerpt

The lyrics to the choirs are written in German. The music was by Mark Cwiertnia, Tobias Kuhn, Ralf Christian Mayer, Daniel Nitt and Sebastian Wehlings; the text was written by Cwiertnia, Kuhn and Wehlings. Musically, the song moves in the area of pop music . The main song of the song comes from Forster, in the background the voices of the Harlem Gospel Singers can also be heard. The instrumentalists were Harry Brown (tambourine), Alex Grube (bass and guitar), Jason & The Angrynotes (horn), Tobias Kuhn (guitar), Daniel Nitt (keyboard), Dave Priseman (trumpet), Ryan Quigley (trumpet), Julian Siegel (saxophone) and Jason Yarde (saxophone) hired.

Choirs is a declaration of love in which Forster deals with doubts. There is no point in hiding from the world. “The choirs are singing for you” is a call to go forward boldly, to simply swap wrinkles of worry for a smile instead of defending yourself against happiness.
