content

The lyrics are about a space-faring star inhabitant who comes near the earth, named Codo, which according to Joesi Prokopetz is an abbreviation for "Cosmic Dolm or Cosmic Idiot". For Inga Humpe Codo was "an extraterrestrial being without a specific gender who overcomes hatred and brings us stressed and negatively minded people everything we miss: good mood, wit, charm and above all love". This brings the forbidden love back to earth against the resistance of the "Lord of Hate". Because of this plot, the song is also known as a science fiction parody. The refrain I nozzle, nozzle, nozzle, nozzle in a whirlwind step is sung by DÖF member Inga Humpe , who in the music video depicts Codo in a glittering costume sitting on a swing.

Copyright dispute

The melody of the title goes back to a composition by Holger Biege in the GDR , the title Kiss me and love me , sung by Gerd Christian . By chance, after his escape from the GDR in 1983, Biege found out that Annette Humpe had deliberately copied the melody and even made fun of Ossies , who couldn't do anything about such plagiarism anyway. This was the reason for plagiarism proceedings for Biege. In the first instance he was found to be right, after an appeal he rejects a settlement in the second instance .
