Evan Clements

Evan Clements (born July 16, 1947 ) is a retired British racing driver .

Racing career

Evan Clements was engaged as a sports car driver in the 1980s . He celebrated his first successes in the British Thundersports series , from 1985 he was active in the sports car world championship . In 1986 he was partner of Ian Harrower and was with him overall sixth in the 360 km race in Jerez and eighth in the 24 Hours of Le Mans (where Tom Dodd-Noble was the third driver) and in the 1000 km race the Nürburgring .

Evan Clements, a member of the British Racing Drivers' Club , competed four times in the Le Mans 24 Hours . The best place was eighth place in the debut in 1986.
