The 2012/13 season of the Bremen-Liga was the 66th season of the Bremen-Liga and the 19th as the fifth-highest division in Germany. The season began on August 31, 2012 and ended with the last matchday on May 25, 2013. Werder Bremen's third team secured the championship with a three-point lead over Bremer SV . Since Werder Bremen was not allowed to move up to the Regionalliga due to the applicable regulations for admission to the Regionalliga as the third team of a club, the fifth-placed Brinkumer SV represented the Bremen League in the games for promotion to the Regionalliga Nord . There the team missed promotion.

The relegation ranks were initially occupied by OT Bremen and SC Lehe-Spaden . The TSV Wulsdorf could ask no more team and therefore has not raced for after the winter break. Since it was not possible to withdraw from the current game, the games already played by Wulsdorf remained in the rating for three days before the team was excluded after three canceled games - according to the association's statutes - and was the first to be relegated. Since the relegated regional league FC Oberneuland started in the Bremen regional league in the 2013/14 season , OT Bremen subsequently managed to stay in the league.

SV Grohn and VfL 07 Bremen rose from the Landesliga Bremen .

The top scorer was Iman Bi-Ria from Bremer SV with 44 goals.

Promotion and relegation regulation

  • Promotion to the Regionalliga Nord
For promotion to the Regionalliga Nord , the champion is athletically qualified to participate in the promotion games with the champions of the Schleswig-Holstein League and Oberliga Hamburg as well as the runner-up in the Oberliga Niedersachsen.
  • Relegation from the Bremen league
The two teams in 15th and 16th place in the Bremen League will be relegated to the Bremen State League at the end of the season. Depending on the number of relegated members from the Regionalliga Nord from the Bremen Football Association and those who have been promoted to the Regionalliga Nord, the number of relegated clubs increases to a maximum of four clubs.
  • Promotion to the Bremen League
The first and second placed will be promoted from the Landesliga Bremen.

2 Brinkumer SV was the only club in the Bremen League to apply for a license for the Regionalliga Nord 2013/14.
3TSV Wulsdorf did not appear on the first three match days after the winter break due to a lack of players and was then excluded from playing on March 4, 2013 according to the association's statutes. All games played so far have been canceled.
