Impact Records is a label and mail order company for punk , metal and gothic rock founded in the 1990s by the band Dödelhaie and the Kulosa brothers .

history

According to their own homepage, the label's aim is to implement the ideals of punk as much as possible, but still be able to survive as a company. The "impact way of life" is today: Sun anarchist as possible and as capitalist as necessary to work. In order to promote a fairer work environment and to meet the will of their customers to order fairly produced goods, they created the brands Dux, Shark, Tank and Iron. By the summer of 2013, over 240 publications had been released by Impact Records and its sub-labels.

structure

The label has 20 employees and, in addition to the mail order business, operates 2 sub-labels for the music styles Gothic (Dark Empire) and Metal (System Shock). According to Impact Records, the brands Dux, Shark, Tank and Iron provide shopping opportunities for productions from countries within the EU.
