In September 2015, Cox became British champion in the 500-meter time trial . Others

In early 2017, Kadeena Cox planned to appear on the TV show The Jump , in which prominent athletes compete against each other in various winter sports. The attending physicians of the sports federations advised her not to participate because other athletes had suffered injuries in the past, but Cox insisted on participating. As a result, their financial support by the associations was suspended. Cox defended her participation in the program: since the outbreak of her illness, she has had a different view of her life, which is a "ticking time bomb".
