Kerstin Julia Dietrich (born June 7, 1984 in Dachau ) is a German actress , voice actress and singer .

Life

Kerstin Dietrich grew up near Munich. She completed her studies of actress and singer in 2006 at the Bavarian Theater Academy August Everding in Munich, the New York Film Academy and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York as well as the Film Institute in Prague.

Since graduating, she has appeared as Sophie in the musical Mamma Mia! , as Amalia in Die Räuber , as Kätchen in The Black Rider and many other roles on stages in German-speaking countries. You could also see her in German film and television in All you need is Love , Pornorama and, for example, in the series Um Himmels Willen . From episode 11 of the series "Lena Lorenz" (ZDF), Kerstin Dietrich is engaged in the permanent role of Hanne Striebel in the regular ensemble.

In 2014, Kerstin Dietrich founded the acoustic trio Caedée with her drummer friend Jörg Baier and guitarist Andrés Schwarzer . In addition to the vocal support of various artists, she also works as a voice actress.

She is the sister of the German robotics engineer Alexander Dietrich .
