Michael Zittel
Michael Max Zittel (born February 9, 1951 in Mosbach ) is a German actor .
Life
Michael Zittel was born in February 1951 as the son of a doctor and a housewife in Mosbach. As a teenager he found his way to the stage and took part in the theater group at his school. After graduating from high school , at the request of his parents, he first studied medicine for a few semesters before realizing his career dream and completing an acting training with Irene Haller in Heidelberg . Since then, he has taken on roles in many major German TV series, such as Derrick , Der Alte , Siska , Die Wache , In allerfreund , Alarm für Cobra 11 and Praxis Bülowbogen . When the farmer and gardener Johann Gruber, he has appeared in over 400 episodes in the ARD - telenovela Storm of Love with.
Michael Zittel now lives in Munich with his wife and three children . In addition to his acting activities, he has been running the flagship store of the Italian designer furniture brand Kartell in Munich since 2003 . He is the uncle of actor Ken Duken .
