Natalie Spinell (born July 18, 1982 in Munich ) is a German actress , director and radio play speaker .

Life

Natalie Spinell is the daughter of a Czech mother and an Italian father. In addition to German and English, she also speaks the Czech language. She is the stepdaughter of actor Rufus Beck and stepsister of the young actors Sarah and Jonathan Beck .

After graduating from high school in 2003, Natalie Spinell went on a world tour. In the following years she traveled through India for two months. In 2006 she attended the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute in New York . Since 2008 she has been studying directing cinema and television film at the University of Television and Film Munich , with the pilot episode of the miniseries Servus Baby she graduated in 2017 with a diploma.

Her acting talent was discovered at the age of twelve when she appeared in the role of Harriet Haller in the series "Katrin is the best" in 1995. Since then she has worked in various films, including the series Tatort , Ein Fall für Zwei , Edel & Starck and SOKO 5113 .

She also works from time to time in productions at the Munich University of Television and Film , for example in the award-winning short film "Waxwing". She became known to a larger audience through her role in Polizeiruf 110 , in which she portrays Christine Bronski, the daughter of Chief Inspector Jo Obermaier .
