At the 2010 Summer Youth Olympic Games in Singapore , two football competitions were held between August 12 and 25, 2010 . The games took place at Jalan Besar Stadium .

The game was not played as usual 2 × 45 minutes, but only 2 × 40 minutes. The team received three points for a win and one point for a draw. In the tournaments for boys and girls there were two groups with three teams each. The third-placed played for fifth place, the winners and second reached the semi-finals.
