Pal One (* 1978 in Mannheim as Stefan Balogh ) is a German rapper .

Career

It was through his big brother that Pal One first came into contact with hip-hop culture. After working as a DJ for two years, he began recording his first songs in 1998. The first thing you could hear from him was a feature on the track Tanz der Teufel by the executive suite . It was through these recordings that Pal got to know the then very famous rap formation Advanced Chemistry . Later, a contribution from Pal called 2000 and on appeared on the M-Pire Records sampler : 3000 ° .

In 2000, Pal One finally released his first maxi single, Biz allezz weggizz . Pal is also represented on various samplers (see discography).

In the spring of 2003, Pal One released his first EP What will you want? . This was so popular in the scene that it was sold out twice.

In September 2003, Pal One released his home recording CD, Mensch sein .

In 2004, Pal released the EP Gesucht & Found together with the Frankfurt rapper Jonesmann . On this EP, a track called Bruderliebe appeared for the first time . In September 2004 the producer Roey Marquis II released the snapshots 3 LP , on which Pal contributed a solo track and a feature with Jonesmann and Jamal.

At the end of May 2005 the debut album Palwolf was released , which was seen in many reviews and by those who know the scene as one of the bright spots of the year. In order to be able to concentrate fully on the work on this album and its music in general, Pal quit his job as a locksmith.

On February 10, 2006 a collab LP by Pal One & Roey Marquis II was released with the name 7 days . This LP was created - as the name suggests - in just 7 days. The entire record was produced by Roey Marquis II.

Among other things, he works on the album with greats like Curse and Xavier Naidoo , but also with the Mannheim MCs RCF, Prinze Low and Mnemonic. As a single, Wie was released as a maxi CD.

On April 17th, 2009 Pal One released his album Seelentreffen , which was produced entirely by Kool DJ GQ and Patrick Ahrend of Alles Real Records .
