The United Nations Security Council Resolution 10 is a resolution that the United Nations Security Council voted unanimously on 4 November 1946 in its 79th session. The subject of the resolution was the situation in Spain . The Security Council ended its involvement in this matter and handed over all files to the General Assembly .
background
In terms of foreign policy, the Franco regime was almost completely isolated shortly after the Second World War because it was viewed as an ally of the defeated Axis powers .
In resolution 4 of April 29, 1946, the Security Council condemned the Franco regime and set up a sub-committee to investigate the regime's threat to world peace . In resolution 7 of June 26, he confirmed the condemnation of the Franco regime by various international bodies and planned to continue monitoring the situation.

The Security Council decided not to deal with the situation in Spain any further. All documents and files relating to the case should be given to the General Assembly.
In addition, General Secretary Trygve Halvdan Lie was asked to inform the General Assembly of the decision.
