Sebastian Kaufmane

Sebastian Kaufmane (* 1982 in Neubrandenburg ) is a German actor .

Life

Kaufmane grew up in Templin ( Brandenburg ). He initially trained as a communications electronics engineer . He then completed his acting training from 2003 to 2007 at the Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy University of Music and Theater in Leipzig . As part of his studies, he completed a two-year studio training at the New Theater Halle from 2005 .

From 2007 to 2009 he was permanently engaged at the New Theater Halle. There he had leading roles in Leonce and Lena (2008; as Valerio) and in Der Raub der Sabinerinnen (2009; alongside Danne Hoffmann as director Striese). In Halle he also realized his own directing and cabaret projects, such as Stulle and Bulle (2007, with Jonas Hien ) and Was ihr wollt - a manifesto (2007, together with Martin Vischer).

From 2009 to 2014 he was a permanent member of the ensemble at the Hanover Theater . There he played u. a. the Dionysus in Die Bakchen (premiere: 2010/11 season, director: Christian Tschirner ) and the title hero in Parzival (premiere: 2010/11 season, in the adaptation by Lukas Bärfuss ). In 2014 and 2016 he continued to appear as a guest at the Hanover Theater. In 2014 he was one of the Nitribitt customers in Das Mädchen Rosemarie ; In 2016 he played Karl Moor in a silent film version of Schiller's Die Räuber .

Kaufmane also took on film and television work. With Sülbiye Günars movie Abgebrannt (2011) in which he participated as Mario, he was in little teleplay of the ZDF to see. He had episode roles in the television series Flemming (2011) and SOKO Wismar (2015; as the suspect Ruid de Vries). In the Lindholm crime scene: The Golden Ribbon (first broadcast: December 2012) he had a supporting role as prisoner Marco, in a scene with Maria Furtwängler and Alessija Lause .

In the fairy tale film Till Eulenspiegel (2014) he played one of the main roles as soldier Leo. In the ZDF television series Inga Lindström , Kaufmane was seen in the film Cookbook of Love (first broadcast: May 2017) as Ole, the friend of the food blogger and female main character Jule ( Anna Hausburg ). In the TV series Die Heiland - Wir sind Anwalt , which was newly broadcast on Das Erste in September / October 2018 , he embodied the police student Mike Neidhart, who falls in love with his instructor, in a dramatic leading role in the episode. In the ARD television series Der Ranger (2018), which takes place in the Saxon Switzerland National Park , Kaufmane, the outdoor shop owner Kai Evers, plays one of the roles that belong to the regular cast, the best friend of the main actor. In the 16th season of the ZDF series SOKO Wismar (2019) Kaufmane played the married children's book illustrator Thiess Laurenz, who wanted to start a new life with his fatally injured cleaning lady. In the 5th season of the TV series In All Friendship - The Young Doctors (2019), Kaufmane took on one of the main roles in the episode as a young, single father suffering from amnesia after an emergency operation .

Kaufmane lives in Berlin .
