The Spanish national women's volleyball team is a selection of the best Spanish female players, who represent the Real Federación Española de Voleibol in international tournaments and internationals.

history

World championships

In their only participation in a volleyball world championship in 1982, the Spaniards did not get past 20th place.

Olympic games

In 1992 in Barcelona the Spanish women took part in the Olympic tournament for the first time and took eighth and last place as hosts. Spain couldn't qualify for Beijing 2008 .

European championships

Spain took part in the 2005 European Championship for the first time and came in ninth. At the EM 2007 they took the penultimate of 16 places.

World cup

The Spanish women finished eleventh at the 1991 World Cup .

World Grand Prix

Spain has never competed in the World Grand Prix .
