Untitled

'Nights Out' is the second album by British electronic act Metronomy, released in September on Because Music in the UK [1].

The genesis for the album was as "a half-arsed concept album about going out and having a crap time."[2] Because of recent success with remixes and their first album, Nights Out has the potential to lead to mainstream success [3].

Joseph Mount has written and recorded most of the album by himself but Gabriel and Oscar "play bits on a couple of tracks on the album and it's kind of become....Metronomy...which takes the heat off me a bit as well"[4]

The artwork for the album was created by legendary airbrush artist Philip Castle.

Metronomy currently have no North American label and as such Nights Out and any of the EPs or singles are not officially available in the Americas.
