The '''College of Engineering, Thalassery''' is an engineering college located in [[Thalassery]], [[Kannur District]] of [[Kerala]] state, [[south India]]. The institute is also known as CETLY as an abbreviation of the name.

This College is affiliated to the [[Cochin University of Science and Technology]], a University which is being proposed to be one of the [[Indian Institutes of Technology]].

The College was established in the year 2000 and is under the management of the Co-operative Academy of Professional Education (CAPE), [[Thiruvananthapuram]], Kerala. The College is affiliated to the Cochin University of Science & Technology, [[Kochi, India|Kochi]]. The College offers [[Bachelor of Technology]] courses in [[Information Technology]], [[Computer Science & Engineering]], [[electronics engineering|Electronics & Communication Engineering]], [[Mechanical Engineering]], [[Electrical and Electronics Engineering]].

The College is located at [[Kundoormala]], near [[Eranholi]] (West Ponniam), which is a township 6.5 km east of Thalassery on the Thalassery - [[Kuthuparamba]] highway route.

The completed campus consists of five blocks, which include an administrative block and four department blocks and a number of auxiliary buildings for workshops, canteen, etc.

The college is situated on a hilltop with the [[Arabian Sea]] on one side and the [[Western Ghats]] on the other. The site is easily accessible by road. One can alight at the Thalassery bus stand and catch one of the frequent buses to Kuthuparamba and alight at West Ponniam. Those traveling by train should alight at Thalassery Railway Station and get the bus to Kuthuparamba from the Thalassery Bus Stand.
