During the 2005 season, Saint-Dic was granted a [[Redshirt (college sports)|medical redshirt]] after missing the last seven games of the 2005 season with a groin injury. After going undrafted in the 2008 NFL Draft, Saint-Dic was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Kansas City Chiefs on July 31. He was cut by team in late August, 2008.
